Beautiful trail along the Vltava river suitable for both bikes and skates.
From the car park in Nová Pec or from the railway station, follow the signs to Stožec. You will know that you are on the right track by the fact that when you leave the village you will pass the Pension Alma on your right. On the right you will have a view of the wetlands and a tangle of small streams flowing into the Vltava.
Almost the entire route is in the shade of the forest, so don't worry about getting sunburn.
In Stožec you can take the train back to Nová Pec or go back along the same trail.
