After more than three decades, when the festival was held in Rakovník under the name Cinderella Rakovník, a new chapter begins in Krumlov under a new name - Theater Fimfárum.
The festival brings the best amateur productions from regional progressive shows from all over the Czech Republic to the city, as well as inspiring performances by professional ensembles. Approximately two hundred performers will arrive, and the expert evaluation will be taken care of by a jury consisting of directors, dramaturgs and set designers, supplemented by a children's jury.
Visitors can look forward to a varied program across genres – from classic fairy tales to modern theatrical adaptations to original works. The morning program will be dedicated to kindergartens, elementary and secondary schools, while the afternoon and weekend performances will be for the general public.
The festival will also include workshops, discussions, lectures and analytical seminars, which will make it an inspiring meeting of theatre professionals and audiences of all generations.
