Take a paddleboard trip to the confluence of the Vltava and the Lužnice rivers.
In Týn nad Vltavou, you can rent paddleboards on both sides of the river by the road bridge and make an interesting cruise. Your rentals will keep your dry stuff, so nothing will stop you from enjoying a sunny day on the water.
You can go on these trips:
- A ride to the confluence of the Vltava and the Lužnice (there is a chapel at the confluence) and back. The 5km trip will not take more than 2 hours.
- You can stretch the afformentioned ride to Koloděj nad Lužnicí and explore the newly renovated Mitrowicz Castle.
- Against the stream to the Hněvkovická navigation chamber and back. 8km, max 3 hours.
Other vessels, such as kayaks, can be rented.
