Švehlova Chata, designed by architect Jindřich Kohout, is a protected monument and a valuable example of architecture from the first half of the 20th century and is a unique five-story wooden Alpine-style log cabin. The generous building is, among other things, a reminder of the high standard of social life during the First Republic. Visitors will learn about the history of the cottage, the circumstances of the building's construction, what purposes the cottage was intended to serve, how the events of the 20th century affected its fate, and why many know it as a sanatorium.
Maximum capacity of 20 people per tour.
